Good news Las Vegas! The market is normalizing, but we are still seeing lower than average inventory. We have 2.9 months worth of homes on the market. We are beginning to see homes sell quicker and the buyers are more active.

 Also as we move into the warmer months of Spring, we will begin to see increased activity in the market. 

When this video was recorded, Homes across the MLS sold for the  average price of $483,969. There are 146 new homes listed,66 price reductions, 91 under contract, 72 homes sold, and  average of  30 days on market.

 Now  let's look at what’s happening in Centennial hills 89149. At the time of this recording, there are 1194 active listings 803 pending homes, and 832 homes that sold and an ave of 14 days on the market. Homes sold for an average of $433,250.

In Skye canyon/providence 89166 , we have 845 active homes, 536 pending, and 553 homes sold 13 days on the market. Homes in 89166 sold for an average of $490,000
