Hello Las Vegas!

Good news, the market is moving, but we are still seeing lower-than-average inventory. We are continuing to see homes sell more quickly and the buyers activity increasing. 

Also as we move into the warmer months of Spring, we will be seeing buyers activity increase  in the market. But for let's look at what’s happening right here in Las Vegas.

 Let's look at what's happening in centennial hills 89149.. At the time of this recording, there were 153 active listings, 73  pending homes, and 80 homes that have currently sold.  Homes in sold for an average of $576,538 and were on the market an average of 24 days.

 In providence/Skye Canyon, 89166, we have 179 active homes, 85 pending, and 92 homes sold with an average of 32 days on the market. Homes sold for an average of $467,780.

In Henderson, 89052 we have 238 active homes, 91 homes pending, and 73 homes sold with an average of 42 days on the market. Homes in 89052 sold for an average of $682,148.

 So you can see, the market is changing and it is no surprise that homes are starting to sell a little quicker.
