You don’t want to just slap the home on the MLS before having it show ready. Online is where buyers will make their first impression of your home.

There are few things that you need to do first. So after we meet and you decide to list with me, I will give you a contract to sign.

Some examples may be staging your home, having the carpets cleaned, having a deep clean done, or trimming the landscaping. This can make a big difference

Once your home is show ready, then we will schedule a professional photographer to capitalize on all of the unique features of your home.

Afterwards,I will then work on all of the back end digital marketing, so I can expose your home to the masses.

This is a crucial step in order for you to get the most amount of money for your home. I don’t just put it on the MLS and hope it sells. it’s much more detailed than that.

I have a very comprehensive, digital marketing plan that I utilize.

This involves running highly targeted ad campaigns across multiple social media platforms. So I properly expose your home.
