Before building her career in Texas, Claudia lived in The Netherlands for over a decade, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. After relocating to the United States, she further expanded her expertise by completing formal training in Social Media Marketing—equipping her with the strategic digital skills that give her clients a powerful advantage in today’s evolving market.
As the Team Leader of Palm Leaf Realty Group, powered by Coldwell Banker Realty, Claudia blends strategic thinking with warmth, integrity, and precision. She serves first-time buyers, sellers, luxury clients, investors, and relocation clients with clarity and confidence.
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and Dutch, she seamlessly assists both local and international clientele. While deeply rooted in Houston and surrounding communities, Claudia is actively expanding into Southwest Florida and continues to assist clients with property sales and acquisitions in Portugal
