Lisa Rhodes is the Broker and Owner of Rhodes Realty Group, LLC, a boutique brokerage built around one simple philosophy: real estate is about people, not just property.

A longtime Florida resident, Lisa grew up in Naples and relocated to Plant City in 2005. Since then, she has built both her business and her life in the community she proudly calls home. With more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, Lisa has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate some of life’s biggest transitions.

Her expertise spans everything from first-time homebuyers to downsizing, relocation, and acreage or lifestyle properties. Known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and calm guidance, Lisa helps her clients make confident decisions while protecting their best interests every step of the way.

What truly sets Lisa apart is her deep connection to the community. She served as the 2024 Chair of the Board for the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce and remains actively involved in initiatives that support local business growth and economic development. She is also an active member of Rotary and Toastmasters, and previously served as President of Aspire Plant City. Professionally, Lisa is a member of Greater Tampa REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Now an empty nester, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, staying engaged in the community, and embracing the Florida lifestyle. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her reading a good book, enjoying time at the beach, or pouring her energy into the next project that helps Plant City continue to grow and thrive.
